كتبت هذه الرواية لأولئك الذين يدخلون المعركة بكل عزيمة، بهدف إظهار أن الرجال والنساء يكملون بعضهم البعض. أريد أن أظهر للنساء اللاتي يطمحن أن يعشن حياة مثل حياة الرجل أن حياتهن أجمل. كثيرا ما أسمع النساء يقولون: “الرجال لا يعانون مثلنا”، ويقول بعض الرجال: “النساء لا يفهمن ما نحن عليه” يمرون لأنهم لا يحملون همومنا ومسؤولياتنا”. ومن المهم أن نوضح للطرفين أن المشاكل لا يمكن التغلب عليها إلا بالدعاء إلى الله واللجوء إليه
