eTurn International Council for Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages was established in July of 2017, under the management and supervision of eTurn for Training and Educational Consultancy.It was started in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan headquartered in Amman.It was inaugurated by the membership of a pivotal team composed of an international group of academics and specialists in teaching Arabic to speakers of other Languages .It was started as a humble effort to advance the Arabic language among non-native speakers targeting to spread its culture in the world by offering high-level academic, professional and research programs in solidarity, integration, cooperation and communication with governmental, civil, national and individual institutions and bodies around the world .
Mission: Spreading the Arabic language and its culture around the world with the latest methods and means.
Vision: A global Arabic language that competes with other languages in its spread and the strength of the influence of its culture.
Objectives :
• Spreading the Arabic language among non-native speakers using the latest methods and means.
• Providing educational, training and research programs that serve the dissemination of the Arabic language among non-native speakers.
• Holding and organizing conferences, symposia, exhibitions and lectures that contribute to the dissemination of Arabic among non-native speakers.
• Coordination with individuals, institutions and national and international bodies to unify efforts in order to serve the Arabic language and disseminate it among non-native speakers.
• Rewarding the efforts that work in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, whether individual or institutional, by supporting and honoring them in high-level international forums to encourage and follow them by future generations.
. Rehabilitation of Arabic teachers for non-native speakers with the latest international teaching methods.
• Designing high quality curricula that serve the dissemination of Arabic among non-native speakers.
• Preparing level examination and linguistic writing tests with the highest degree of accuracy that serve the Arabic language and disseminate it among non-native speakers around the world.
The legal capacity of the Council:
eTurn International Council for Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages emerged from eTurn for Training and Educational Consultancy in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as an independent international civil organization registered with the Jordanian government and the national library, and documented by the International Standards Establishment in America under the international standard number ISCN (LM80).
Council activities and programs:
. Rehabilitation of teachers working in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
• Teaching Arabic to non-native speakers with the latest methods.
• Writing books and curricula for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
• Preparing measurement and evaluation tests to learn Arabic among non-native speakers according to international standards.
• Preparing and implementing procedural scientific research that works to develop teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and contribute to its dissemination.
. Holding international conferences and events that aim to find a network of specialists and those interested to provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and successful experiences in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.

Permanent golden membership in the Council: It includes scholars and writers of the Arabic language honored by eTurn International for their outstanding contributions in spreading the Arabic language around the world (300) were honored for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020,2021,2022 respectively.
The General Assembly of the Council:
It includes all the graduated trainers from the Arabic Teacher’s’ Education’s programs of eTurn . Their number is 8777 member.
