This book is specialized in the field of language education.It is the result of scientific ideas that were generated by me as a result of my participation in many training programs in the field of language education. Provided that this modest book contains the modern theoretical framework for teaching languages ​​(ECRIF), and practical frameworks for teaching language skills such as the PPU framework, the PDP framework, the CCQ- ICQ strategy, the learning patterns and theories of foreign language learners, and the foundations and stages in language education, as presented by ACTFL. In addition, a set of strategies for teaching languages ​​in an active and effective manner was described with details among this book .Finally the book concluded with language tests and the method of preparing standardized language exams. My book might shed a light on the path of every teacher and learner who want modern and systemized of knowledge in the field of language education .
